Statement

Dear investors, business partners and dear friends, Based on the agreement of the shareholders of InoBat Energy, j.s.a. and followed by subsequent company’s general meeting, we would like to officially announce the decision to change our business name from the original InoBat Energy, j.s.a. at INO-HUB Energy, j.s.a. In the last quarter of 2022, the founders of INOINVEST, s.r.o., in connection with their withdrawal from InoBat, j.s.a., unanimously approved the acquisition of InoBat Energy, j.s.a. from their original shareholders with the aim and determination to build up a strong, domestically, and internationally successful INO-HUB Energy, j.s.a., brand active in the field of large-capacity battery storages. In June 2023, we are testing our first prototype battery cell designed for our MADE IN EUROPE high-capacity flow batteries designated for 3+ hours of electric energy storage, which is going to be already the heart of our demonstration battery with its physical installation in December 2023. Our goal is to start operating a Slovak production plant with a capacity of 150MWh by the end of 2026.
